Finishing Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all finishing activities on-site, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work in progress to identify areas for improvement or corrective measures.
- Ensure all work meets the required safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain daily logs and reports, documenting project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently to optimize work flow and productivity.
- Conduct meetings with team members to discuss project status, upcoming tasks, and potential challenges.
- Provide guidance and support to the finishing team, ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Site Supervisor, with 6-10 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction finishing techniques, materials, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional certifications in project management or a related construction field are a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite and construction management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- OSHA or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
