The basic purpose of this full-time position is to assist a Project Coordinator for a small and fast-growing construction company. We offer a pleasant and fast-paced work environment with veteran employees. We specialize in selling and installing finish hardware for multi-family residential. You would be coordinating labor and tracking material orders to meet our customer&rsquo;s deadlines.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Duties/Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain and adhere to scheduling and timelines</li><li>
Strong Organization and analytical skills</li><li>
Record keeping</li><li>
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communications</li><li>
Coordinate the progress of multiple project</li><li>
Microsoft Office proficient</li><li>
Multi-Tasking</li><li>
QuickBooks (purchase orders)</li><li>
Support the field workers</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
