Assistant Project Coordinator

“2020 Business of the Year" - Awarded by the Chamber of Commerce. The basic purpose of this full-time position is to assist a Project Coordinator for a small and fast-growing construction company. We offer a pleasant and fast-paced work environment with veteran employees. We specialize in selling and installing finish hardware for multi-family residential. You would be coordinating labor and tracking material orders to meet our customer’s deadlines.


Duties/Responsibilities

  • Maintain and adhere to scheduling and timelines
  • Strong Organization and analytical skills
  • Record keeping
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communications
  • Coordinate the progress of multiple project
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Multi-Tasking
  • QuickBooks (purchase orders)
  • Support the field workers
