Job Title: UX/UI DesignerLocation: On-site Experience Required: 2yr. Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into engaging interfaces.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.</li><li>Translate user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.</li><li>Design user flows, interaction models, and visual elements that enhance usability and delight.</li><li>Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive across devices.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide design assets/documentation.</li><li>Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UX/UI.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app design projects.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.</li><li>Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.</li><li>Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Attention to detail with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience working in agile development environments.</li><li>Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.</li><li>Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.</li><li>Basic motion/interaction design skills</li></ul><ul><li>A dynamic and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for learning and growth</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
