About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into engaging interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Translate user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs.
• Design user flows, interaction models, and visual elements that enhance usability and delight.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive across devices.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide design assets/documentation.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices in UX/UI.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile app design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Basic motion/interaction design skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
