The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a genuine love for teaching.Key Responsibilities&zwnj;Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum. &zwnj;Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment. &zwnj;Assess and evaluate students&rsquo; academic progress through tests, assignments, and activities. &zwnj;Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth. &zwnj;Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and student performance. &zwnj;Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and good moral values among students. &zwnj;Use appropriate teaching aids, technology, and innovative teaching methods. &zwnj;Participate actively in school activities, meetings, training programs, and events. &zwnj;Communicate effectively with parents regarding students&rsquo; progress and concerns. &zwnj;Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional development of students.Required Qualifications&zwnj;Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in the relevant subject. &zwnj;Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)
