Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

‌Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
‌Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
‌Assess and evaluate students’ academic progress through tests, assignments, and activities.
‌Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth.
‌Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and student performance.
‌Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and good moral values among students.
‌Use appropriate teaching aids, technology, and innovative teaching methods.
‌Participate actively in school activities, meetings, training programs, and events.
‌Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and concerns.
‌Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional development of students.

Required Qualifications

‌Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject.
‌Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) / Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (mandatory as per norms) - preferred
‌Master’s Degree (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.) – preferred for higher classes.
‌CTET / State TET qualification – preferred (where applicable).
‌Strong command over English and/or regional language.
‌Basic knowledge of computer applications and smart classroom tools.
