 To be successful, you should have:

 High School diploma or equivalent required; coursework in finance, business, or accounting preferred

 <li>
 0&ndash;2+ years of customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience; banking experience a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in basic computer systems, cash management, and financial transaction processing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus for customer-facing roles and regional service needs
 </li>

 Your responsibilities as the Bank Teller will include:

 Process high-volume banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) with speed and accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Balance cash drawer and adhere to cash-handling procedures, audit controls, and banking compliance standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and enhancing the in-branch experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate banking products and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain branch operations, ensure confidentiality, and comply with all regulatory and security policies
 </li>
