To be successful, you should have:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; coursework in finance, business, or accounting preferred
  • 0–2+ years of customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience; banking experience a plus
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems, cash management, and financial transaction processing
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus for customer-facing roles and regional service needs


Your responsibilities as the Bank Teller will include:

  • Process high-volume banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) with speed and accuracy
  • Balance cash drawer and adhere to cash-handling procedures, audit controls, and banking compliance standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients, resolving inquiries, and enhancing the in-branch experience
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer customers to appropriate banking products and services
  • Maintain branch operations, ensure confidentiality, and comply with all regulatory and security policies
