Hiring: Digital Marketing &amp; Social Media Specialist (Work from Home) to build brand visibility, drive lead generation, and strengthen the digital presence of VSA Advisory LLP, an emerging start-up ininternational education consultancy specializing in Study Abroad, Vocational Training (Ausbildung in Germany), and Private Air Charter Services. Visit: www.vsaadvisoryllp.comKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan &amp; execute online campaigns (SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing).</li><li>Create &amp; manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories) on Instagram, Facebook &amp; LinkedIn.</li><li>Run small-budget paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Google).</li><li>Manage Google My Business &amp; improve SEO ranking.</li><li>Generate &amp; convert leads through follow-ups and outreach.</li><li>Design creatives/videos using Canva or CapCut or such similar tools.</li><li>Track analytics, monitor KPIs &amp; optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Coordinate with management for strategy planning &amp; growth initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Lead Generation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SEO, ads &amp; email marketing tools.</li><li>Creative thinker with good communication &amp; persuasive skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently &amp; build strategies from scratch.</li><li>Experience in the education sector would be an advantage.</li></ul>Compensation: &#8377;5,000/month (fixed) + 10% incentive on every successful closure.
