Hiring: Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (Work from Home)
to build brand visibility, drive lead generation, and strengthen the digital presence of VSA Advisory LLP, an emerging start-up ininternational education consultancy specializing in Study Abroad, Vocational Training (Ausbildung in Germany), and Private Air Charter Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & execute online campaigns (SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing).
• Create & manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories) on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
• Run small-budget paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Google).
• Manage Google My Business & improve SEO ranking.
• Generate & convert leads through follow-ups and outreach.
• Design creatives/videos using Canva or CapCut or such similar tools.
• Track analytics, monitor KPIs & optimize campaign performance.
• Coordinate with management for strategy planning & growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Lead Generation.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, ads & email marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with good communication & persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently & build strategies from scratch.
• Experience in the education sector would be an advantage.

Compensation:
₹5,000/month (fixed) + 10% incentive on every successful closure.
Timings: Flexible 7-hour work window between 10 AM – 8 PM (Monday–Saturday)
