Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain digital administrative systems: e-mail inboxes, shared drives, cloud folders, document organisation, access permissions.</li><li>Handle calendar scheduling, meeting logistics (virtual/in-person), travel or event coordination where applicable.</li><li>Support content updates on digital platforms: website CMS, social media, internal portals or dashboards.</li><li>Assist with data entry, record-keeping, preparing reports and dashboards (basic analytics, metrics tracking).</li><li>Liaise between teams (digital/marketing/operations) to ensure workflows, SOPs and digital tools are up-to-date and utilised properly.</li><li>Monitor digital tool usage, license renewals, vendor/admin contracts for digital platforms and ensure compliance.</li><li>Provide general administrative support: procurement of digital services/tools, vendor coordination, process documentation.</li><li>Continuously look for opportunities to improve digital admin processes, propose automation or efficiencies.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Digital Media, IT or a related field &ndash; or equivalent prior experience.</li><li>Experience (1-3 years) in digital operations.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Admin Console) or Microsoft 365, cloud storage/file management, and collaborative tools (Slack, Teams, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with basic website CMS (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms and digital content workflows.</li><li>Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills; attention to detail is critical.</li><li>Good communication skills (written &amp; verbal) and the ability to work with internal stakeholders across teams.</li><li>Self-motivated, adaptable, comfortable working in a digital/virtual setting and learning new tools quickly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;23,000.00 - &#8377;26,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
