Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and energetic Facility Manager with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in hotels, hospitality, and apartment maintenance. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, anticipates issues before they arise, and is available 24/7 for emergencies to maintain top-tier facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of apartment facilities, including maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Manage emergency responses, such as plumbing leaks, electrical faults, or security incidents, with immediate on-call availability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources, reduce downtime, and enhance guest/resident experience.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and track budgets for repairs and upgrades.
• Handle resident/guest complaints proactively, resolving issues efficiently to uphold service excellence.
• Supervise a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role in hotels, hospitality, and apartment complexes.
• Dynamic, proactive, and energetic personality with excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Full availability for emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays (on-call 24/7).
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety) and hospitality standards.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with diverse residents and guests (men and women).
• Valid driver's license and physical fitness for on-site duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
