The Project Manager-Federal General Contractor will oversee all aspects of federal projects from initial planning stages through project close out. This role works closely with Senior Project Managers, superintendents, and federal clients to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and on budget, while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations and CLPE standards.
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Leverage a strong understanding of the client&rsquo;s mission, policies, technical procedures, and project delivery processes to plan and execute federal projects.</li><li>
Collaborate with department managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and construction service plans.</li><li>
Review design documents for compliance with scope, contract requirements, and company standards.</li><li>
Generate and distribute reports covering project progress, risk, and financial performance.</li><li>
Travel between 20-30% to project sites to monitor construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Lead project meetings including pre-award, pre-construction, project progress and final close-out.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.</li><li>
In coordination with the Site Superintendent, develop and manage site logistics plans and staffing assignments.</li><li>
Oversee procurement process, cost control, and change management systems.</li><li>
Perform field inspections to verify quality and accuracy of construction.</li><li>
Set-up QA/QC procedures and conduct quality inspections.</li><li>
Uphold core safety values of the company and collaborate with the EH&amp;S Director to effectively communicate and enforce safety standards.</li><li>

Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field highly preferred. Previous related work experience may substitute.</li><li>
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.</li><li>
Five to ten (5-10) years of experience managing medium to large sized federal projects.</li><li>
Previous project experience working with blueprints, specifications, and proposals in order to successfully coordinate time/cost/labor estimates.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.</li><li>
Ability to delegate work appropriately.</li><li>
Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills required.</li><li>
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.</li></ul>
Travel:<ul><li>
Travel between jobsites 20-30% outside CO.</li></ul>
Other Requirements:<ul><li>
You must be a US Citizen.</li><li>
You will be required to obtain Military Base Access Security Clearance.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required.</li></ul>
Benefits &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>

Salary range: $100,000-$130,000/annual based on experience, plus eligible to participate in Short Term Incentive Plan.<ul><li>

Location: Hill AFB, UT
City Light &amp; Power (CLP) is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at our client site, Hill AFB, UT. Due to the nature of our work as a Federal Contractor, candidates must be a US Citizen.
CLP has built a reputation as an innovative, reliable, and responsive private Utility Development Leader. We support the federal government, military institutions, municipalities, and major utilities across the US with financing, design, engineering, construction, and ongoing operations and maintenance for electrical transmission and distribution systems, as well as outdoor street, sport, and other recreational lighting.
The Warehouse Manager will manage the day-to-day operations, performing daily inventory accuracy, and adhering to the company and department policies and procedures; direct the flow of materials for optimal productivity while maintaining levels of quality, accuracy of inventory, and overall safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.</li><li>
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.</li><li>
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.</li><li>
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system and reporting directly to the Finance department.</li><li>
Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.</li><li>
Complete warehouse operational requirements by maintaining procurement scheduling.</li><li>
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety policies and guidelines at all times.</li><li>
Control and manage all inventory processes and issues as needed.</li><li>
Report on full cycle of inventory</li><li>
Responsible for equipment maintenance and di-electric testing schedules</li><li>
Maintain warehouse cleanliness through consistent monitoring and ensuring that all products are accounted for and in their proper place.</li><li>
Work with the distribution and allocations to ensure proper product quantities are delivered.</li><li>
Prepare job packages for crew and contractor work being done on base.</li><li>
Maintain a tool inventory on site for daily use and availability to other installation when needed.</li><li>

Skills and Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Five to seven (5-7) years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations</li><li>
Forklift experience required.</li><li>
CDL is required in order to handle delivery of equipment and materials.</li><li>
Work well without direct supervision.</li><li>
Must be customer-oriented with a professional demeanor.</li><li>
Knowledge of electrical utility work/equipment is preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with ability to multitask.</li><li>
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.</li></ul>
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:<ul><li>
You must be a US Citizen.</li><li>
You will be required to obtain Military Base Access Security Clearance.</li><li>
A valid Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL-A) is required.</li></ul>
