Other duties may be assigned by the City Administrator or Library Board that are appropriate to this job description.&middot; Supervises the work of assigned personnel, including assigning and reviewing work, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.&middot; Manages, supervises, and assists with daily functions of a Library Department, including assisting patrons with answering phones, fielding library related questions, gathering and reporting the amount of revenue generated by the library, and making deposits.&middot; Recommends, develops, and assists in the implementation of goals and objectives for assigned Library.&middot; Develops and administers budget for the library. Manages the spending of allocated funds to ensure that new materials arrive on a regular basis throughout the fiscal year.&middot; Coordinate continued training and development of staff members.&middot; Locates and requests materials through inter-library loan.&middot; Performs routine descriptive cataloging and coding of library materials in all formats.&middot; Markets and promotes library services to the community.Pay: From $63,200.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
