<div><p>The purpose of this position is to perform varied complex clerical/administrative duties. Work involves typing letters, reports, and a variety of documents and forms, maintaining records systems, processing a variety of documents, and entering data in City systems, greeting the public and carrying out various related information processes.<br>

Provides organizational and project related support for various department manager<ul><li>s</li>
Greets customers, answers and screens phone calls, answers questions, directs inquiries to proper sources and helps with online issue<li>s</li>
Coordinates appointments, schedules meetings, keeps departmental calendars and facilitates meeting implementation
Handles registrations, makes travel reservations and arranges transportatio<li>n</li>
Provides guidance to staff and customer<li>s</li>
Prepares and processes variety of documents, agendas, correspondence, agreements, materials etc<li>.</li>
Maintains and distributes official and confidential documentatio<li>n</li>
Verifies and trouble shoots information, performs data entry, scans applications, receives payments and mails various correspondenc<li>e</li>
Processes various documents such as permits, applications, payments, renewals, purchase orders, claims, billing requests and registration<li>s</li>
Maintains, files, scans, and prints various documents
Attends meetings and compiles minutes
Conducts project researc<li>h</li>

At least two years of relevant college-level course work or an Associate&rsquo;s degree from an accredited college or university in or a related fiel<ul><li>d</li></ul>

At least one (1) year of related work experience performing general clerical or office wor<ul><li>k</li></ul>

Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilitie<ul><li>s</li></ul></div><p></p>
