<p></p><div><ul><li>Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail to be picked up by mail sort company.</li><li>
Answer phone, greet customers, division filing (maintain bid and vendor filing).</li><li>
Distribute charge back information to the appropriate department.</li><li>
Order and stock division office supplies, process requisition and/or purchase order.</li><li>
Assist Buyers with the bid process (receive bids, record bid prices, prepare memos, assign control numbers for advertisement)</li><li>
Keep the Purchasing Agent apprised of any occurrences or issues that require attention.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned or required.</li></ul></div><p></p>
<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></h2></div>
<p></p><div><ul><li>High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.</li><li>
One (1) year direct clerical/administrative experience.</li><li>
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and maintain harmonious relationship among assigned employees and the public.</li></ul></div><p></p>
<p></p><div><p><b>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>
May involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and material of light weight.</li><li>
Requires the use of computer, printer, and other office and telecommunications equipment.</li><li>
Must be able to pay attention to details.</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p>
