<div>JOB Under general supervision, provides customer service, reference help, and imparts basic computer knowledge to library patrons. Plans and assists with public programs for teens &amp; adults. 
 
FLSA status: Non-Exempt.

General:<ul><li>
Does skilled work in circulation, reference, and library programming.</li><li>
Assists with daily operations and administration as needed</li><li>
Receives general instructions from adult services librarian regarding overall duties.</li></ul>
In addition, this position may be asked to:<ul><li>
Develop and monitor library programs for teens &amp; adults</li><li>
Perform outreach</li><li>
Create fliers, announcements, and other written marketing.</li><li>
Assist the department with Social Media.</li></ul>
 May perform other duties as assigned. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION

High school diploma or GED required.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid AZ driver's license.
Must be able to work AM and/or PM shifts and Saturday shifts.
May be assigned by the Director of Parks, Recreation and Library to other departments as needed (special events, etc).
