JOB Under general supervision, provides customer service, reference help, and imparts basic computer knowledge to library patrons. Plans and assists with public programs for teens & adults.
FLSA status: Non-Exempt.

General:

Does skilled work in circulation, reference, and library programming.

Assists with daily operations and administration as needed

Receives general instructions from adult services librarian regarding overall duties.
In addition, this position may be asked to:

Develop and monitor library programs for teens & adults

Perform outreach
-
Create fliers, announcements, and other written marketing.

Assist the department with Social Media.
May perform other duties as assigned. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
High school diploma or GED required.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid AZ driver's license.
Must be able to work AM and/or PM shifts and Saturday shifts.
May be assigned by the Director of Parks, Recreation and Library to other departments as needed (special events, etc).
