Job Overview: The Programming and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing SYCA-hosted events and marketing activities that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and support organizational objectives. This role combines event management, marketing coordination, and creative communication to deliver a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.Essential Job Functions:&middot; Plan, organize, and execute in-house programs and events that align with SYCA&rsquo;s goals and brand identity.&middot; Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual needs, d&eacute;cor, transportation, and vendor management.&middot; Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations.&middot; Oversee event registration, guest lists, and attendee communications.&middot; Ensure all events uphold brand standards and provide exceptional guest experiences.&middot; Support the marketing team in developing and executing campaigns across digital, print, and social mediaplatforms.&middot; Assist in creating engaging content, including copy for newsletters, blogs, and promotional material&middot; Coordinate the production of marketing collateral (brochures, signage, promotional items, etc.).&middot; Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.&middot; Collaborate with internal committees to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.&middot; Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and community organizations to maximize marketing and eventopportunities.&middot; Represent SYCA at networking events and community initiatives to strengthen brand presence.Qualifications:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Event Management ,or a related field preferred.&middot; 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a similar role.Preferred Skills: &middot; Experience coordinating events and promotional initiatives&middot; Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and/or digital advertising&middot; Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
