<div><div><b>General Statement of Function</b></div>
<div><div>As a multi-faceted role, this position will be responsible for designing visually stunning graphics, developing and updating websites, and producing high-quality video content. This is a District-Wide function for the Institution. The Multimedia Specialist/Web Analyst is responsible for written and graphic content for the institutional web site as well as for supporting websites such as news, events, blog and library, and works in coordination with the Director of Marketing and Recruiting and other members within the department.</div><div>

This position ensures that web content is current, consistent, understandable, and accessible and that it maintains Holmes Community College publication and graphics standards. The Multimedia Specialist/Web Analyst will record and edit video that will be placed on the Holmes web and assist other departments with projects as requested.</div><div>

The Multimedia Specialist/Web Analyst will co-manage with IT as the portal administrator for MyHolmes and co-manage the social media accounts for the college (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to ensure quality information is placed on official Holmes Community College social media avenues This position will be housed on the Goodman Campus.</div></div>

<div><div><b>Job Description</b></div>
<div><div>1. Draft, edit, design and maintain content for Holmes Community College web sites and ensure consistent quality as well as work to improve website optimization. Contribute to other content creation efforts.</div><div>
2. Monitor website analytics and manage digital campaigns in addition to making recommendations for local digital campaigns. Assist other departments by editing, reviewing and rewriting content for the department&rsquo;s web presence as well as monitoring other users. Work with the graphic designer on the appearance of the web site.</div><div>
3. Make sure each requested change to the Holmes website is done in a timely manner by following up with requests in the Service Request System.</div><div>
4. Film and edit promotional video for Holmes Community College, for the Holmes Community College website, and social media sites.</div><div>
5. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</div><div>
6. Design visual materials such as logos, brochures, and other marketing collateral using design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)</div><div>
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life</div><div>
8. Ensure all multimedia assets are optimized for web delivery and meet accessibility standards</div></div>

<div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<div><div>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with five years of experience in web administration, content management, graphic design, video production or related field.</div><div>
Graphic design for the Web and print media.</div></div>

<div><div><b>Licenses, Certificates or Registrations</b></div>
</div><br>
<div></div><div><div><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></div>
<div>1. Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office application.<br>
 2. Proficiency in web-based languages and programming is necessary.<br>
 3. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, InDesign.<br>
 4. Experience with video production utilizing a drone<br>
 5. Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly and persuasively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.<br>
 6. Strong grammatical and editing skills.<br>
 7. Portfolio showcasing creative work in graphic design, web and video production.</div>
