City Tavern is seeking a committed, professional Bartender who is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role goes beyond making drinks &mdash; our bartenders are brand ambassadors who set the tone for the guest&rsquo;s visit and help create the unmatched hospitality City Tavern/Hogwash is known for.Bartenders are expected to follow established systems, recipes, and service standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar. This position includes a structured training and onboarding process covering service standards, menu knowledge, POS usage (SmartTab), responsible alcohol service, and teamwork expectations. Ongoing learning, accountability, and attention to detail are essential to success in this role.We believe that great service is about how you make people feel.
