Job Description:<ul><li>Calculate RCC and civil work quantities for billing purposes.</li><li>Responsible for the study of BOQ(Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.</li><li>Prepare and cross-check bar bending schedules using certified drawings.</li><li>Study and analyze architectural and structural drawings to calculate quantities.</li><li>Check and certify quantities with the client&rsquo;s engineer.</li><li>Finalize measurement books and submit them to clients.</li><li>Utilize AUTOCAD software to generate layouts with 2D and 3D drafting and work out quantities for measurement.</li><li>Prepare estimates for monthly forecasting and budgeting of subcontractor bills.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Tech in Civil Engineering</li><li>12+ years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD software.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Strengths:<ul><li>Dedicated to work</li><li>Maintain confidentiality</li><li>Efficient management</li></ul>Interested candidates can share their resume at 7838666936Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
