Billing Manager

Job Description:

• Calculate RCC and civil work quantities for billing purposes.
• Responsible for the study of BOQ(Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.
• Prepare and cross-check bar bending schedules using certified drawings.
• Study and analyze architectural and structural drawings to calculate quantities.
• Check and certify quantities with the client’s engineer.
• Finalize measurement books and submit them to clients.
• Utilize AUTOCAD software to generate layouts with 2D and 3D drafting and work out quantities for measurement.
• Prepare estimates for monthly forecasting and budgeting of subcontractor bills.

Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
