About the Company A $24M financial services organization operating two business units:<ul><li>ACH Verification Business (60&ndash;70% of revenue), serving high-volume ACH users with verification, routing, and compliance solutions.</li><li>Payment Processor Business, focused on partner-driven payment processing for collections, auto finance, housing authorities, and software platforms.</li></ul>Role OverviewSeeking a hands-on Fractional CMO with deep experience in financial services, payments, or compliance. This role requires a strategic leader who can build clear, separate go-to-market plans for both business units and drive execution, not a generalist marketer.Key Responsibilities: ACH Verification Business<ul><li>Audit and scale digital channels (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, Instantly/Clay cold outbound).</li><li>Improve targeting, campaign structure, landing pages, and testing frameworks.</li><li>Strengthen competitive positioning and manage specialized vendors.</li></ul>Payment Processor Business<ul><li>Build a structured partner marketing and conference strategy.</li><li>Define pre-event, in-event, and follow-up workflows.</li><li>Implement CRM processes, nurture sequences, and relationship-driven systems.</li></ul>Marketing Leadership<ul><li>Set quarterly/annual plans, KPIs, and budgets.</li><li>Establish foundational marketing systems and reporting.</li><li>Provide clear communication and accountability to eliminate guesswork.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years marketing leadership in payments, fintech, or compliance-focused B2B environments.</li><li>Proven ability to scale both digital demand gen and partner/conference-driven marketing.</li><li>Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills.</li><li>Experience selecting and managing specialized vendors.</li></ul>Success Looks Like<ul><li>Clear, differentiated GTM plans for both business units.</li><li>Scaled digital acquisition for ACH Verification.</li><li>A repeatable partner + conference marketing engine for Payment Processing.</li><li>Predictable pipeline, improved efficiency, and clear reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Number of years worked as a Fractional CMO</li><li>Do you have experience in the Financial industry?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
