What You&rsquo;ll DoAs the key member and leader of our service team, you&rsquo;ll handle the day-to-day details that keep our clients confident and covered. You&rsquo;ll manage policies, support retention, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality of our agency.Your primary responsibilities include:<ul><li>Managing client requests for policy changes, endorsements, and renewals</li><li>Delivering timely, accurate, and proactive service to clients across multiple carriers</li><li>Handling billing questions, proof of insurance, and documentation updates</li><li>Supporting new business quoting and application processing</li><li>Coordinating with underwriters and producers to resolve client needs</li><li>Maintaining detailed records in our Agency Management System (AMS)</li><li>Assisting with administrative tasks, audits, and compliance updates</li><li>Building trusted relationships that promote client satisfaction and retention</li></ul>Who You AreYou&rsquo;re sharp, organized, and client-focused &mdash; the kind of person who never lets the details slip and always wants to deliver &ldquo;wow&rdquo;-level service.<ul><li>Active Ohio Property &amp; Casualty license (required)</li><li>2+ years of experience as a CSR or Account Manager (personal or commercial lines)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Confident using modern agency tech platforms</li><li>Motivated to grow with a fast-moving, client-first agency</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Relocation assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Columbus, OH 43215
