Licensed Insurance CSR / Account Manager – Independent Agency (Growth-Focused)

What You’ll Do

As the key member and leader of our service team, you’ll handle the day-to-day details that keep our clients confident and covered. You’ll manage policies, support retention, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality of our agency.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing client requests for policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Delivering timely, accurate, and proactive service to clients across multiple carriers
• Handling billing questions, proof of insurance, and documentation updates
• Supporting new business quoting and application processing
• Coordinating with underwriters and producers to resolve client needs
• Maintaining detailed records in our Agency Management System (AMS)
• Assisting with administrative tasks, audits, and compliance updates
• Building trusted relationships that promote client satisfaction and retention

Who You Are

You’re sharp, organized, and client-focused — the kind of person who never lets the details slip and always wants to deliver “wow”-level service.

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license (required)
• 2+ years of experience as a CSR or Account Manager (personal or commercial lines)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Confident using modern agency tech platforms
• Motivated to grow with a fast-moving, client-first agency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
