Role: Purchase Executive (consumables &amp; Raw materials) Responsibilities<ul><li>Research and identify potential vendors for consumables and raw materials, evaluating quality, pricing, and reliability.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and contract conditions to secure the best deals for the company.</li><li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while managing disputes or delivery issues professionally.</li><li>Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in alignment with company requirements.</li><li>Track and follow up on order status, ensuring materials are delivered on time as per schedule.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Stores/Production to prevent shortages or excess stock.</li><li>Review and verify the quality of received materials in coordination with QC/Production teams.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance based on delivery, quality, and pricing, and maintain updated supplier records.</li><li>Prepare purchase reports, including order status, price comparisons, material consumption, and budget tracking.</li><li>Coordinate with the R&amp;D team for new raw material trials, allocation of materials, and providing procurement support for product development.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies on procurement procedures, documentation, and approval workflows.</li><li>Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying alternatives, improving negotiations, and optimizing procurement processes.</li></ul>Requirement : 1.
