Job Title: CNC / VMC Tooling Engineer – Tool Grip & Purchasing
Experience: 2–8 Years

• Handle CNC/VMC tooling selection, tool holders (tool grip), inserts, and optimize machining performance.
• Manage tooling purchase, vendor follow-up, cost control, and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor tool life, reduce tooling cost, and support production to achieve cycle time targets.
• Maintain tooling inventory, GRN verification, and coordinate with stores & production.
• Troubleshoot tool-related machining issues and ensure smooth shop floor operations.
