Office Administration and management - office of Practicing Company Secretary and includes the following tasks<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate office staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.</li><li>Develop and implement office policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency.</li><li>Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment.</li><li>Maintain and organize office records, correspondence, and filing systems (digital and physical).</li><li>Draft, review, and manage official communications including letters, emails, memos, and reports.</li><li>Handle client communication and relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings.</li><li>Coordinate internal projects and inter-departmental workflows to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Prepare and present management reports, meeting minutes, and performance summaries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
