Office Administration and management - office of Practicing Company Secretary and includes the following tasks

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise and coordinate office staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
  • Develop and implement office policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain and organize office records, correspondence, and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Draft, review, and manage official communications including letters, emails, memos, and reports.
  • Handle client communication and relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Coordinate internal projects and inter-departmental workflows to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and present management reports, meeting minutes, and performance summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
