The Part-Time Manager (PTM) supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. This role plays a key part in achieving sales goals, including ear piercing (EP) and key performance metrics, while maintaining brand standards.</p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<p><b>
Sales &amp; Customer Experience</b></p>
<ul><li>
Drive store sales by delivering exceptional customer service</li><li>
Support achievement of KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, EP penetration, loyalty, and add-ons such as diamonds)</li><li>
Promote and perform ear piercing services in line with company standards</li><li>
Build strong customer relationships and create a fun, engaging store environment</li></ul>
<p><b>
Operations &amp; Store Standards</b></p>
<ul><li>
Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash handling procedures</li><li>
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked</li><li>
Follow company policies, procedures, and health &amp; safety guidelines</li></ul>
<p><b>
Team Support</b></p>
<ul><li>
Act as a role model for sales behaviors and customer service</li><li>
Support training and coaching of team members, especially in sales techniques and ear piercing</li></ul><div>

</li><li>Retail &amp; Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.

</p><ul><li>You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
</li><li>You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations.
</li><li>You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
</li><li>You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
</li><li>You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
</li><li>You are passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.
</li><li>You are energized by interacting with customers and stive to provide excellent service throughout their visit.
