</p><ul><li>You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
</li><li>You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations.
</li><li>You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
</li><li>You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
</li><li>You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
</li><li>You are passionate about providing our customers with opportunities to express themselves freely every day.

The Part-Time Manager (PTM) supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. This role plays a key part in achieving sales goals, including ear piercing (EP) and key performance metrics, while maintaining brand standards.</p>

The Customer Service Representative serves as one of the primary contacts for escalated and complex customer inquiries, complaints, &amp; issues. This role is responsible for investigating, resolving, and documenting high-priority customer cases, ensuring a professional and positive brand experience. This representative analyzes customer feedback trends to identify systemic issues and collaborates with internal partners to drive continuous improvement in products, services, and operational processes.</p><br>

<p>Serve as the main point of contact for complex, high-priority customer issues received via all channels, including inbound/outbound phone calls, written correspondence (email/mail), and social media escalations.</p>

<p>Manage queue of cases, utilizing empathy, and problem-solving skills to resolve complaints, focusing on retention and brand loyalty.</p>

<p>Conduct thorough investigations by collaborating with corporate teams (e.g. Loss Prevention, Marketing, Training, Retail Operations) to gather all necessary information and ensure complete resolution.</p></li></ul><br>

Data Analysis &amp; Reporting:</b></p>

<p>Track, categorize, and analyze customer contact data to identify root causes of frequent complaints and emerging issues, bubbling up issues to management to drive systemic change.</p>

<p>Prepare and present weekly or monthly reports to management outlining key complaint trends, service failures, and the business impact of issues.</p></li></ul><br>

Process Improvement &amp; Advocacy:</b></p>

Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p>
