5615 - Part-Time Manager Trumbull Mall

Position Summary:
The Part-Time Manager (PTM) supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. This role plays a key part in achieving sales goals, including ear piercing (EP) and key performance metrics, while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Drive store sales by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Support achievement of KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, EP penetration, loyalty, and add-ons such as diamonds)
  • Promote and perform ear piercing services in line with company standards
  • Build strong customer relationships and create a fun, engaging store environment

Operations & Store Standards

  • Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash handling procedures
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines

Team Support

  • Act as a role model for sales behaviors and customer service
  • Support training and coaching of team members, especially in sales techniques and ear piercing

The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
