The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to support daily operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries</li><li>Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems</li><li>Photocopy, scan, and distribute documents as needed</li><li>Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets</li><li>Assist in preparing basic reports and presentations</li></ul>Office Support<ul><li>Monitor and replenish office supplies inventory</li><li>Coordinate courier services and mail distribution</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas</li><li>Assist with setting up meeting rooms and equipment</li><li>Support senior staff with day-to-day administrative needs</li></ul>Scheduling &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Schedule appointments and meetings using calendar systems</li><li>Send meeting reminders and follow-up communications</li><li>Coordinate with team members for internal meetings</li><li>Maintain accurate records of schedules and bookings</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Data Entry<ul><li>Enter data accurately into company systems</li><li>Maintain attendance and leave records</li><li>Prepare basic correspondence and memos</li><li>Assist in document preparation and formatting</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONSEducational Requirements<ul><li>10 / 12+ are welcome to apply</li><li>Internship or training experience in office administration is a plus but not required</li></ul>Skills &amp; Abilities<ul><li>Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Good written and spoken English communication</li><li>Typing speed of at least 30-40 wpm</li><li>Basic internet and email skills</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Willingness to learn and take initiative</li><li>Punctual and reliable</li><li>Professional attitude and appearance</li><li>Able to follow instructions accurately</li><li>Team player with positive attitude</li><li>Good organizational skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
