<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Position Summary</b></h2>
<p>The Night Watch Specialist is a hybrid role combining customer experience and dispatch operations. You&rsquo;ll be the central point of contact during extended hours&mdash;supporting customers, coordinating service calls, and ensuring technicians are efficiently scheduled and informed.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who can also think strategically and manage logistics in real time.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Customer Experience</b></h3>
<ul><li>Provide a warm, professional experience via phone, email, and text</li>
<li>Schedule service appointments and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Recommend service memberships and maintenance plans</li>
<li>Make outbound calls for follow-ups and appointment confirmations</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer records</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Dispatch &amp; Operations</b></h3>
<ul><li>Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency, technician skillset, and location</li>
<li>Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency</li>
<li>Communicate updates between customers, technicians, and service managers</li>
<li>Prepare next-day scheduling and support after-hours coverage</li>
<li>Assist with vendor coordination for complex jobs</li>
<li>Track job progress and technician performance using internal systems</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>1+ year of recent experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume customer-facing role and or dispatching experience</li>
<li>2+ years of customer service experience</li>
<li>1+ years of dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel</li>
<li>Reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish)</li>
