Night Dispatch Specialist (Customer Experience & Dispatch Support)

- Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT
Pay: $19 - 23/hr

Our Night Watch team ensures that same high level of service continues after peak hours—supporting customers and field teams when it matters most.
The Night Watch Specialist is a hybrid role combining customer experience and dispatch operations. You’ll be the central point of contact during extended hours—supporting customers, coordinating service calls, and ensuring technicians are efficiently scheduled and informed.
This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who can also think strategically and manage logistics in real time.
- Provide a warm, professional experience via phone, email, and text
- Schedule service appointments and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
- Recommend service memberships and maintenance plans
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and appointment confirmations
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency, technician skillset, and location
- Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments to maximize efficiency
- Communicate updates between customers, technicians, and service managers
- Prepare next-day scheduling and support after-hours coverage
- Assist with vendor coordination for complex jobs
- Track job progress and technician performance using internal systems
- 1+ year of recent experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume customer-facing role and or dispatching experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of dispatching experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software
- Bilingual (Spanish)
