Assured Truck Repair is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Controller.Responsibilities <ul><li>Answering phones and taking messages.</li><li>Communicate via phone and email with customers.</li><li>Assist with billing and collections, communicate with customers regarding billing status.</li><li>Apply payments to invoices and verify payments posted in QuickBooks.</li><li>Audit credit card expenses and verify receipts.</li><li>Reconcile vendor and credit card statements.</li><li>Verify accuracy of ports from management software correctly into QuickBooks.</li><li>Assist with creating service orders for shop repairs.</li><li>Other administrative duties as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Quickbooks experience is preferred.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Great people skills and positive attitude.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and problem solving skills</li></ul>About Us Assured Truck Repair offers complete breakdown solutions, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
