 meticulous and organized Documentation Officer
 
 to manage, safeguard, and track all stamped and signed departmental documents across the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth audit readiness.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive, log, and maintain stamped and signed documents across departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain master register/digital logbook for accurate document tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Categorize, label, and securely archive physical/digital records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify document authenticity (stamps, signatures, dates).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inter-departmental document flow and prevent unauthorized access.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audits by retrieving and presenting required records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with documentation policies and retention schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Archive outdated documents per company and legal guidelines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 🎓 Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of document control practices &amp; confidentiality protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with document management systems preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication &amp; coordination abilities.
 </li>
