 Lead Compliance, Safety, HCM, and Sustainability functions to ensure strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. Oversee cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement through innovation, training, and collaborative leadership.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Team Leadership &amp; Strategic Alignment
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage Compliance, HCM, Safety, and Sustainability teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure interdepartmental coordination for smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise departmental heads to meet functional, operational, and compliance goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support organizational strategy development and translate it into actionable plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to long-term roadmaps that support governance, workforce welfare, and environmental goals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Compliance &amp; Risk Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee implementation of compliance systems aligned with international/local laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote ethical conduct, transparency, and best practices in compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design policies and tools to monitor compliance and reduce risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure corrective and preventive action (CAPA) systems are operational and monitored.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Project &amp; Process Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop new compliance and sustainability project frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify key improvement areas and initiate strategic interventions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define project scope, resources, and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate automation, technology, and lean approaches into compliance and safety systems.
 </li>

 Training, Awareness &amp; Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct regular training on compliance, safety, labor laws, and sustainability practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster continuous learning across cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR, CSR, legal, and operations to embed compliance within daily operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the GM in aligning goals and ensuring strategic project execution.
 </li>

 Skills &amp; Competencies
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Law, Sustainability, or related field.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Work Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 15+ years of experience with at least 3 years in compliance or governance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of national and international compliance frameworks, labor laws, customer Codes of Conduct, and social audit protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) fundamentals, health and safety standards, and sustainability metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in policy developing, compliance documentation, and internal control systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with data tools for tracking compliance performance and preparing internal reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Soft skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to manage cross-functional compliance, HCM, and safety initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and ensuring policy adherence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
 </li>

 Linguistic Ability:

 Proficiency in English

 Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
