About UsWe&rsquo;re a fast-growing claw machine arcade in Cedar Park, TX focused on creating a fun, high-energy environment where families, kids, and pop culture fans can win prizes, hang out, and come back again and again to see what's new and exciting.We&rsquo;re looking for a Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support daily store operations, assist with inventory/logistics, and own social media execution.This is a hybrid role: part floor leader, part operations support, part content creator with a path toward future leadership as we expand.What You&rsquo;ll DoClosing &amp; Shift Coverage<ul><li>Assist with (and eventually lead) store closing procedures</li><li>Provide break coverage for team members</li><li>Act as a reliable second-in-command during evening shifts</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Help manage and organize inventory between storage and store</li><li>Track incoming/outgoing items (basic spreadsheets/logs)</li><li>Assist with restocking machines and prize wall</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Content (Required)<ul><li>Capture photos and videos in-store regularly (customers, wins, atmosphere)</li><li>Post and manage content on Instagram and TikTok</li><li>Help execute promotions, events, and engagement ideas</li><li>Maintain a consistent posting frequency</li></ul>Store Operations &amp; Floor Support (as needed)<ul><li>Step in during peak hours to support staff and customers</li><li>Ensure machines are clean, stocked, and functioning properly</li><li>Help create a fun, welcoming, high-energy environment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, restaurant, or similar)</li><li>Must be available to work evenings and at weekends regularly</li><li>Must be comfortable closing the store </li><li>Must be able to create and post social media content consistently (Instagram/TikTok)</li><li>Comfortable using a smartphone for content creation and basic apps (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative without constant supervision</li></ul>Strongly Preferred<ul><li>Experience creating content for Instagram/TikTok (Reels, short-form video, etc.)</li><li>Experience working evening or closing shifts in retail or food service</li><li>Organized and comfortable with basic inventory tracking (spreadsheets, logs, etc.)</li><li>Experience in fast-paced or high-traffic environments (arcade, restaurant, entertainment, etc.)</li><li>Interest in anime, toys, video games, or pop culture</li></ul>Pay &amp; Growth<ul><li>$18&ndash;$20/hour based on experience and performance</li><li>Flexible part-time schedule (15&ndash;25 hours/week)</li><li>Opportunity to take on more responsibility in operations, inventory, and content over time</li><li>Strong performers may grow into a lead/management role as we expand to additional locations</li></ul>Hiring TimelineApprox. two weeksPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person
