Part Time Operations Coordinator

About Us

We’re a fast-growing claw machine arcade in Cedar Park, TX focused on creating a fun, high-energy environment where families, kids, and pop culture fans can win prizes, hang out, and come back again and again to see what's new and exciting.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support daily store operations, assist with inventory/logistics, and own social media execution.

This is a hybrid role: part floor leader, part operations support, part content creator with a path toward future leadership as we expand.

What You’ll Do

Closing & Shift Coverage

• Assist with (and eventually lead) store closing procedures
• Provide break coverage for team members
• Act as a reliable second-in-command during evening shifts

Inventory & Logistics

• Help manage and organize inventory between storage and store
• Track incoming/outgoing items (basic spreadsheets/logs)
• Assist with restocking machines and prize wall

Social Media & Content (Required)

• Capture photos and videos in-store regularly (customers, wins, atmosphere)
• Post and manage content on Instagram and TikTok
• Help execute promotions, events, and engagement ideas
• Maintain a consistent posting frequency

Store Operations & Floor Support (as needed)

• Step in during peak hours to support staff and customers
• Ensure machines are clean, stocked, and functioning properly
• Help create a fun, welcoming, high-energy environment

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, restaurant, or similar)
• Must be available to work evenings and at weekends regularly
• Must be comfortable closing the store
• Must be able to create and post social media content consistently (Instagram/TikTok)
• Comfortable using a smartphone for content creation and basic apps (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative without constant supervision

Strongly Preferred

• Experience creating content for Instagram/TikTok (Reels, short-form video, etc.)
• Experience working evening or closing shifts in retail or food service
• Organized and comfortable with basic inventory tracking (spreadsheets, logs, etc.)
• Experience in fast-paced or high-traffic environments (arcade, restaurant, entertainment, etc.)
• Interest in anime, toys, video games, or pop culture

Pay & Growth

• $18–$20/hour based on experience and performance
• Flexible part-time schedule (15–25 hours/week)
• Opportunity to take on more responsibility in operations, inventory, and content over time
• Strong performers may grow into a lead/management role as we expand to additional locations

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
