Job OverviewClaws Group is looking for a performance-focused SEO Executive to own and execute our organic search strategy across multiple web properties. This role will play a critical part in improving visibility, driving high-quality organic traffic and generating leads through strategic on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in SEO best practices, a data-driven mindset, and experience working across content, tech and marketing teams.Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy &amp; Implementation&#9679; Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.&#9679; Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content teams and identify new opportunities.&#9679; Optimize website content, landing pages, product descriptions, and metadata using best-practice on-page SEO techniques.&#9679; Manage and optimize internal linking structure for better crawlability and user experience.&#9679; Create and maintain an SEO roadmap and content calendar in collaboration with marketing and product teams.Technical SEO &amp; Site Health&#9679; Perform regular technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4.&#9679; Work closely with developers to implement SEO enhancements including schema markup, page speed improvements, and mobile responsiveness.&#9679; Monitor crawl errors, broken links, redirects, and indexation issues and work with relevant teams for resolution.&#9679; Lead the implementation of Core Web Vitals and site performance enhancements.Off-Page SEO &amp; Backlink Strategy&#9679; Build and maintain a clean, high-quality backlink profile through outreach, partnerships, and content amplification strategies.&#9679; Conduct competitive backlink analysis and identify opportunities for link acquisition.&#9679; Track and disavow toxic links, ensuring site credibility and domain health.Analytics, Reporting &amp; Continuous Optimization&#9679; Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, bounce rates, and conversions using SEO and analytics tools.&#9679; Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports highlighting KPIs (Traffic, Leads, CTR, Ranking Positions, Bounce Rate, etc.).&#9679; Use insights from GA4, Search Console, and heatmaps to improve user engagement and SEO effectiveness.&#9679; Stay up-to-date with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry updates to maintain performance.Good to Have&#9679; Experience with local SEO strategies, especially in USA/UK markets.&#9679; Knowledge of SEO for large websites or marketplaces (1000+ pages).&#9679; Experience with tools like Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or MarketMuse.&#9679; Understanding of how SEO integrates with paid search and CRO.Skills &amp; Qualifications&#9679; 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (ideally in lead gen or transactional websites).&#9679; Proficiency in tools such as SE Ranking, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Tag Manager.&#9679; Strong understanding of HTML/CSS basics, structured data/schema, and technical SEO.&#9679; Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.&#9679; Strong project management and collaboration skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
