HOME BASEDOur client is a leading wealth management firm who are seeking an experienced Product Governance Manager to support the ongoing development of their product and proposition oversight framework across a wide range of investment and protection solutions.Role & Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support the ongoing development of their product and proposition oversight framework across a wide range of investment and protection solutions.</li><li>Work closely with colleagues across compliance, operations, advice, and leadership to ensure strong governance and effective decision-making.</li><li>Contribute to the evaluation and integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring consistency of standards and alignment with the firm's expectations.</li><li>Provide structured analysis, insight, and challenge to ensure the products and services they offer remain suitable, competitive, and in line with client needs.</li><li>Help maintain the documentation and reporting that underpins their commitment to robust oversight and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Do you have the following to apply? <ul><li>Has experience in a regulated financial services environment, ideally involving governance, oversight, or product review.</li><li>Knowledge of retail investment and protection products, including specialist solutions such as VCT, EIS, BPR, mortgages, and annuities.</li></ul>Due to the high volume of applications received we are unable to respond to everyone directly.
