This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members</li><li>Handle front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing mail distribution</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files</li><li>Utilize office management software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily administrative tasks</li><li>Assist with calendar management and scheduling for team members or executives</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities including basic invoicing and expense tracking</li><li>Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, faxing, and organizing office supplies</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and ensure office equipment is functional</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles within a professional environment</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required</li><li>Strong attention to detail with proofreading capabilities and accuracy in data entry</li><li>Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism</li></ul>Join us as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
