If so, the following is required:<ul><li>Provide first class customer service to our clients</li><li>Handle large volumes of inbound calls and make outbound calls</li><li>Negotiate payment solutions that meet or exceed our expectations</li><li>Set and exceed your own daily, weekly and monthly goals</li></ul>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<ul><li>Two years of collection/customer service experience required, preferably in a Call Center</li><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Top notch negotiation skills</li><li>FDCPA knowledge preferred</li><li>Microsoft Outlook, Excel a plus</li></ul>**This position is in office at our Raymondville, TX location. $15/hr plus monthly bonus opportunities**Benefits:<ul><li>Multiple bonus plans available. </li><li>Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm</li><li>No Nights.
