Collection Specialist

Multi-state legal debt collection firm is seeking positive, upbeat and dependable customer service individuals, eager to join our Law Firm. Would you like to join our dedicated team and be part of our growth? If so, the following is required:

• Provide first class customer service to our clients
• Handle large volumes of inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Negotiate payment solutions that meet or exceed our expectations
• Set and exceed your own daily, weekly and monthly goals

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Two years of collection/customer service experience required, preferably in a Call Center
• High School Diploma/GED
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Top notch negotiation skills
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel a plus

**This position is in office at our Raymondville, TX location. $15/hr plus monthly bonus opportunities**
