Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer - Installer to join our construction team. This role involves performing a variety of installation and construction tasks across different projects, requiring hands-on experience with tools, materials, and building techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in dynamic environments. This position offers opportunities to develop technical skills in various aspects of construction and installation, contributing to high-quality project completion.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with the installation of building components such as cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring.</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation.</li><li>Perform tasks related to concrete forming, finishing, masonry, and plastering as needed.</li><li>Conduct demolition or removal of existing structures or materials in preparation for new installations.</li><li>Support framing, roofing, stucco application, drywall hanging, caulking, and trim carpentry projects.</li><li>Assist with fabrication tasks including cutting and shaping materials on-site.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in construction site work or related roles; familiarity with construction management or estimating is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.</li><li>Experience with various trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, drywall installation, or flooring is preferred.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and perform physical labor for extended periods.</li><li>Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, or restoration work is advantageous.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and work effectively within a team environment.</li><li>Prior experience with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is beneficial but not required.
