Responsibilities<ul><li>Assess and diagnose surgical patients and decide on treatment plans.</li><li>Perform complex or specialized surgeries within the relevant specialty.</li><li>Oversee pre-operative planning, operative procedures, and post-operative recovery.</li><li>Lead or support multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinate with anesthesia, nursing, and allied teams.</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and surgical staff.</li><li>Maintain patient safety, quality standards, and clinical documentation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification, often Western Board/CCT or comparable.</li><li>Several years of post-specialist or consultant experience.</li><li>Strong expertise in the relevant surgical specialty, such as general, vascular, trauma, or cardiothoracic surgery.</li><li>Good standing license and ability to meet local licensing requirements.</li><li>Experience working in high-volume or tertiary-care hospitals is often preferred.</li></ul>Pay: QAR350.00 - QAR600.00 per hourWork Location: In person
