Job DescriptionLocation: SharjahJOB SUMMARY To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization. MAJOR DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations.</li><li>Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities.</li><li>Provide feedback to management on market needs</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities in designated systems.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.</li></ul>MENTAL DEMANDS A. Decisions on pricing negotiations and contract terms within approved limits. PHYSICAL EFFORT 1. Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings. 2. JOB KNOWLEDGE Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fieldAdditional :Sales techniques, negotiation skills, CRM systems training. Related Work Experience (type and years) Minimum 2- 3 years in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry(UAE). Language skills: (Specify if English/Arabic Translation ) Fluent in English (mandatory).
