Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Manager to oversee the daily operations of our camp facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and managing staff and residents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day camp operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the camp
• Handle accommodation allocation and maintain occupancy records
• Monitor food quality and coordinate with catering services
• Address resident complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain inventory and oversee procurement of camp supplies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in camp management or facility management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Driving License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in labor camps, construction camps, or similar environments
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field
