Job Description: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Consulting Services, the Consultant plays a key role in advising clients on how to effectively leverage CMiC software to optimize their business operations. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their unique business needs, develop tailored strategies, and implement software solutions aligned with industry best practices. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide CMiC knowledge and support to clients independently and as part of a project team to help implement and/or optimize their CMiC software usage.</li> <li>Collaborate with clients to review business processes, analyze and identify requirements, recommend appropriate strategies, and execute effective solutions.</li> <li>Deliver CMiC technical support and client training, including the creation of training materials and documentation.</li> <li>Support software implementations by coordinating and managing tasks related to CMiC deployment. Assist clients and project teams in identifying issues and troubleshooting to enhance software performance.</li> <li>Develop and maintain project tools and templates to ensure consistent, efficient delivery and reporting.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.</li> <li>Demonstrate high emotional intelligence in client interactions, fostering trust, managing expectations, and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.</li> <li>Stay current with the latest CMiC software versions and industry standards, including participation in ongoing training and professional development.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent years of experience preferred.</li> <li>1-3 years of experience in consulting services preferred, or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.</li> <li>Knowledge of construction industry practices, including: <ul> <li>Accounting (AP/AR/GL/WIP)</li> <li>Payroll/HR</li> <li>Union Payroll (preferred but not required)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Product and/or technical expertise relevant to CMiC; ERP technology implementation experience is preferred.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization and with clients.</li> <li>Proven ability to identify complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement effective strategies.</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.</li> </ul> Physical Demands & Job Requirements: <ul> <li>Able to sit for long periods of time.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to client engagements, industry events, and team meetings (up to 25% of time)</li> </ul> About the package: <ul> <li>Competitive Salary commensurate with experience.</li> <li>Immediate access to great Medical, Dental and Vision benefits.</li> <li>401k program.</li> <li>18 days of PTO that start accruing on day one and 7 paid holidays</li> <li>Trips twice a year for you and a guest to our fun company offsite meetings</li> </ul> ClearPlan is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative Action employer.
